I signed up for my first dance lesson in 1991, and found myself surrounded by a world of fitness, elegance, joy, and laughter! Dancing provides all of these and more and in a very short time. Using my years of experience as both student and teacher I have developed a dance program that will work for anyone who desires to improve their fitness levels, balance, health, and social interaction abilities. Dancing is more than movement to the rhythm, it is the rhythm of life!
